Budget Items Comparison - House v. Senate

HB 2609 Supported Decision Making passed the House - we must advocate to get action in the Senate.  See testimony

Lottery Funding for Crisis Programs and Clubhouse Model Programs tied up with Chiefs funding. House and Senate have two different approaches.

SB 363 - would add federal HR 1 rules to Kansas medicaid statutes - increase eligibility redeterminations to quarterly instead of annual.  Currently awaiting action in Senate Public Health and Welfare.  See bill.  SB_363_bill_brief_Kansas Action for Children.pdf   SB-363-partner-handout_final.pdf
