- Volunteers- need people directing and ushering on main floor, lunch.
- Legislative meeting set-up - Rebekah Darrow. rdarrow@healthsrc.org Have 2 helpers throughout the day.

- Lunch - Mary. Final count week before.
- Training - David, Chris, Lori
- Packets - MHASCK ordering supplies with them being shipped to Molly at Lotus, Chad Childs delivering to Topeka 2/24th. Amy printing stickers/labels and get to Lotus. Amy to give folder assembly instructions to Lotus.
- Name Tags- Sheilah (Monica to get organizing folder to)
- Registration - Working with Netsmart
- Cookies, snacks - Lori ordering 400 cookies with ombre puzzle and there. Amy sticker for cookies and bundts. Bundt cakes. Strawberry/cream and Lemon 170 with Amy Pick up on Saturday then I can grab Sunday. Invoice has been sent to Mary. Ice Cream social. $100 deposit and $3.95 a cup. Will be invoiced after event, set up 1:45pm with social at 2:15pm. Toppings: Oreo, strawberries, blueberries, M&M, chocolate sauce
- Legislative awards, advocate award, Matt and Sherrie poetry (Amy checking on 2 microphones), Gov. has been confirmed.

- Accessibility for deaf and hard-of-hearing participants- Kelsey.
- Photo Booth- Tim x2- second floor incentive, Tim H working on graphic

Tentative NAMI Smarts Training: March 8th from 2pm-5pm in Topeka at the Topeka Library. Modules 1 and 3. Hotel reimbursement $125. Need to be registered by Feb. 27th and have a minimum 5 signed up, or training will be via Zoom.
