- Volunteers- Lori sent out duty/instructions.
- Legislative meeting set-up - Rebekah Darrow. rdarrow@healthsrc.org Have 2 helpers throughout the day.
- Exhibitors - Susan Rome (Ann Fritz)
- Lunch - Mary. ordered 425 lunches/10 salads. Lori made sandwich signs.
- Training - David larson via Zoom. 3 signed up
- Packets - Lotus house assembled. Be at Capitol by 8am.
- Name Tags- Sheilah Amy getting attendee info to.
- Registration - Netsmart/Trish/KU students NOTE CHANGE TO LOCATION
- Cookies, snacks - Lori ordered 400 cookies with ombre puzzle and there (Lori/Susan baskets). Amy stickers for cookies and bundts. Bundt cakes. Strawberry/cream and Lemon 170 with Amy Pick up on Saturday then I can grab Sunday. Invoice has been sent to Mary. Ice Cream social. $100 deposit and $3.95 a cup. Will be invoiced after event, set up 1:45pm with social at 2:15pm. Toppings: Oreo, strawberries, blueberries, M&M, chocolate sauce.
